1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Chhattisgarh: 2–5 business days

  • Across India: 5–10 business days
    During peak seasons or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, logistics issues), delivery may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on the order value and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be available on minimum purchase orders (as specified during promotions or on the checkout page).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information via WhatsApp/Email.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking ID provided by the courier partner.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will make 2–3 delivery attempts at your address.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unable to reach, the order may return to us and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect products:

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Send photos of the product and packaging to ayuvedwellness@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 6264205552.

    • We will assist you with replacement or refund as per our return policy.
