Estimated delivery times:

Within Chhattisgarh: 2–5 business days

Across India: 5–10 business days
During peak seasons or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, logistics issues), delivery may take longer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information via WhatsApp/Email.

You can track your shipment using the tracking ID provided by the courier partner.

Couriers will make 2–3 delivery attempts at your address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unable to reach, the order may return to us and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
